Most homes designs can be altered to meet your specific criterias and Sceptre Custom Homes, Ltd. will provide you with a rough cost estimate. Some things to consider when making alterations, will be site and structural limitations, but all are considered and our expertise advise will be given.

A Purchase & Sales Agreement, Plans and specifications sheets are generated and signed by all parties involved for the big day to begin.
