It’s Time to Begin
All the changes have been made and the proper paperwork has been signed by all parties involved. It is now time to sit back, enjoy and watch the changes take place. Unwanted trees, stumps and shrubs will be removed and the driveway location will be roughed in.
The design is generated for the septic system, which is then excavated and installed by the licensed experts. The foundation hole is dug, concrete is poured and your new home, now, has its very own footprint. Of course, before the septic system is covered and the foundation is back filled, they both need to be inspected and approved by the licensed town inspector.
All the necessary phone calls are made for temporary electricity to be brough to the site and then, the big day arrives when the framing contractor begins.
