The Builder

Sceptre Custom Homes, Ltd. — a member of The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire — is owned and operated by Belinda Renaud who has enlisted the services of Tony Merullo. Together the owner and builder boast a combined 41 years of professional building experience.

Belinda began her career at a local building material supply company. This evolved into kitchen and bath design and remodeling. And finally, now, the Vice-President of Sceptre Custom Homes, Ltd.

Tony has been building homes as a respected contractor since 1983. Having built 90-plus homes in his career. Tony also develops real estate in the Concord, Loudon, and Epsom area, creating the parcels of land needed for his custom homes.

Together, we bring the knowledge, experience and professionalism to the table. We strive to create high-quality, beautiful homes for our clients.
